    It was really fairly clean and perfect hotel, 100% recommend. The staff were genuinely helpful and professional in case of questions. The service was very good, we had an extensive breakfast with live music and beverages and international cuisine. This accommodation was in the central location to a local mall👌

    I expected a sparkling experience, but was met with an old shower that barely worked and a dining experience resembling a culinary disaster. Honestly, I almost praised the attentive staff, but they definitely forgot my complimentary gesture. It's a shame, as I would have given a stellar review but just couldn't. Such disappointment.

    Perfect hotel with excellent service and magnificent location just off Madurai & Good Ambience, the main restaurant and all key attractions in the city. Stunningly beautiful views of the hills from contemporary rooms, especially helpful employees.

    Great food and comfy stay!

    I spent 3 nights here and the food was seriously the highlight! The breakfast buffet had all the local dishes I wanted to try. Plus, the staff are super friendly and helpful, especially when I needed tips for sightseeing. Just wish the shower had a bit more light since it felt kinda dim.

    The hotel's layout is excellent, with well-designed rooms and a decent coffee shop that's nicely stocked.

    The washrooms are cramped and lack some basic amenities like face towels and bottled water, which are expected given the price. I also encountered issues with the restaurant. The noodles were served half-cooked and cold, and the staff seemed to struggle with orders. The gym's equipment is average, and while there's a table tennis setup outside, the size of the pool leaves a lot to be desired. Lastly, the location is a bit far from the city center, requiring a rickshaw ride, which can add up.
